SIGTRAN and SS7 Development Engineer
Job Duties: Adax, Inc. is seeking a software
engineer in our Berkeley, CA office. The development engineer creates
or integrates various protocols and drivers for SIGTRAN, SIP, and SS7
convergence applications.
Requirements: Applicants must have experience in
UNIX/Linux, protocol and communications driver writing.
A good knowledge of SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP and IP protocols is desirable. BS or MS in EE or Computer Science desirable.
Hardware Development Engineering Manager
Job Duties:
This position will lead the Berkeley-based engineering team in design,
development, and productization of the core board business, associated
driver, and platform integration. Duties include coordination with all
management team members in new production introductions.
Requirements:
Extensive project management experience, BS or MS in EE or Computer
Engineering. Minimum of five years in technical management involved in
hardware development and embedded operating systems. Keen understanding of
regulatory compliance, design verification, quality standards, and system
architecture definition.
Hardware Development Engineer
Job Duties:
Design and development of core communications hardware products including
part selection, feature requirements and performance definition, schematic
design, reliability analysis, and low level code development in an embedded
processor environment.
Requirements:
BS or MS in EE or Computer Engineering. Extensive experience in
communication circuit board development with required design knowledge
using Xlinx/Altera Verilog or VHDL.
Must be authorized to accept full-time employment in the U.S.
