ADAX and ISO 9001:2000

In July of 1997, Adax Europe was successfully certified to the ISO 9002 standard for quality assurance. This enabled the company to ensure that standard of performance was being consistently maintained, giving customers a guarantee of quality and documentation. In December 2000, ISO 9001:2000 was issued as a new and very different version of the standard, with re-certification required by December 2004. This new standard emphasized customer satisfaction and continual improvement of product, service and process. Adax Europe welcomed this change, and embraced it as a positive opportunity.

In October 2003, when less than 20% of companies had achieved certification to the new standard, Adax Europe proudly announced that the company had achieved successful upgrade and certification on its first attempt. Adax Europe looks forward to the third party audit requirement in order to maintain consistent levels of improvement that benefit both Adax customers and the company.
